Fall Crown Tournament 2020

In these trying and turbulent times, it is the pleasure of the Barony of Dragonsspine to host the Outlands Fall Crown. We have arranged a wonderful site, shaded and cool, in Black Forest, Colorado. While we are hoping that the public health will allow our event to allow 200 people to attend, we may be limited to a 100 (or fewer) person event. As such, there are specific registration instructions detailed below.

$20 per person ($5 member discount applies)
Please note: Due to current public health concerns that require us to enforce a strict limit to the number of attendees, we cannot offer a youth discount or a family cap for the event.

We will be unable to provide any donation lunch, or any organized water-bearing services at this event. All attendees should ensure that they are self-sufficient. Once again, there will be no donation lunch, no water coolers, and no hydration supplements provided. We would like to remind everyone that social distancing guidelines will remain in effect. Set up of pavilions will be strictly limited and needs to be coordinated with the event steward in advance. Further information will be provided as the event approaches.
Pre Registration Process:
A pre-registration form will be made available on July 11 at 9 am MDT. Preregistrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrants will be sent confirmation emails with their “place in line”, and will need to remit a check for pre-registration postmarked by August 10, 2020.
As vacancies in the event become available, or the State/Local government decides that the event can be expanded to an increased number of attendees, those on the waitlist will be notified, and have 10 days to remit payment, or they will be moved back down the waitlist.
Participants may cancel their registration for a full refund up until August 31, 12:00 am. After that time, refunds will only be given if the event is canceled by the State or Local government, or the Crown or Seneschal of the Outlands.
Should the event be canceled due to public health concerns, we will offer a full refund to all attendees.
